Who knew sexy and quirky could work so well together? That is a definite for this month's stylecon, Liv Tyler. The blue eyed brunette beauty is the type of girl who can play the girl next door, while at the same time hold the role of seductress. Liv caught my attention when I first saw her in one of my favorite movies "Empire Records" (ala that whole cropped sweater with mini skirt situation). Liv favors feminine frocks with some type of masculine touch. Whether it be on the red carpet or on the streets running errands. Ms. Tyler maybe influenced by her rock father Steve Tyler who embodies rock and roll from his head to his tippy toes. All I know is I like Liv's style so that is why she is this months stylecon.
