RUNWAY2YOURWAY: A Slippery Slope

   Once again ladies' its time to take the bedroom to the streets with this trend, say good morning to the slipper loafer.  This trend comes in a variety of ways whether it be an animal print, leather, suede, studded, silk, bedazzled, and other  great fixtures.   The trend was prominent on the Row Fall 2011 collection,  I was so obsessed with it.  Also one of my favorite shoe designer's Charlotte Olympia current collection features the trend with an homage to cats. WORD TO THE WISE-HERE are a few TIPS to Wearing:


-Ladies like the previous suggestion with the PJ trouser, please don't be so literal with the trend and actual wear your PJs with this trend.  Try the trend with your work suit.  It gives off a Katherine Hepburn vibe. (a la The Row looks above as inspiration)


-Another way to rock this trend is pairing with your basic t-shirt and jeans weekend look.  It ups the ante and spices up your weekend uniform.


-Also this trend looks really cute with a basic LBD to a maxi skirt/collared shirt combo.
